Deposits
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment.
Late Policy
There is a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled.
Guest Policy
To maintain a comfortable, professional, and focused environment, no additional guests are permitted unless they are also receiving a service.
